Education, not medical care
Website content is general educational information, not an individualized training prescription, medical diagnosis, injury treatment, or clinical nutrition advice. Seek qualified medical guidance for injuries, health concerns, and return-to-play decisions.
Athletic risk
Athletic training and sprinting involve inherent physical risks. Participants should use appropriate judgment and seek qualified medical guidance regarding injuries, medical conditions, or return-to-play decisions.
Performance outcomes
Athletic development depends on the athlete, training history, participation, recovery, and other factors. TFC does not guarantee speed gains, personal records, scholarships, recruitment, injury prevention, or competition results.
Coaching and youth participation
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a coaching relationship or guarantee availability. Coaching begins only after TFC confirms the service and any required agreement. A parent or legal guardian must be appropriately involved for minor athletes.
Products and third-party checkout
Prices, delivery terms, refund terms, and cancellation terms shown at the applicable purchase point govern that transaction. External platforms, including Skool and Gumroad, also apply their own terms to accounts and transactions completed through their services.
Intellectual property
TFC branding, training materials, written content, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative commercial materials without permission, except where applicable law permits.
User submissions
You must have the right to submit information or materials through the website. Do not submit confidential medical records, unlawful material, or another person’s information without authority. Separate agreements may govern videos, assessments, and athlete records used in a coaching relationship.
